How can I track my order?
You’ll receive your tracking number by email within 1–3 days after placing your order. All shipment updates will also appear in your customer dashboard at Account, where you can follow your package in real time.
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
Most orders are delivered duty-free, but depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees may apply. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, reach out to us at support@sorina.store. We’ll contact the carrier and ensure your issue is resolved or a replacement is sent.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
To provide the best availability and delivery experience, some Sorina pieces may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. Orders containing multiple styles may arrive in separate packages and, in some cases, a few days apart.
Tracking details for each shipment will be sent to you once dispatched, and you can monitor all deliveries from your Account page.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders automatically to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, many orders are forwarded to our fulfillment partners immediately after payment is completed. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it, even if the order was placed by mistake. If your order has already entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation becomes impossible.
If you no longer need the item, you can still return it once it arrives by following our standard return policy.
