No worries — contact our support team at support@sorina.store and we’ll help you arrange a replacement or return according to our Return Policy.

You’ll receive your tracking number by email within 1–3 days after placing your order. All shipment updates will also appear in your customer dashboard at Account, where you can follow your package in real time.

Most orders are delivered duty-free, but depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees may apply. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, reach out to us at support@sorina.store. We’ll contact the carrier and ensure your issue is resolved or a replacement is sent.

Some of our jewelry pieces are shipped from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery times and better stock availability. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and sometimes a few days apart. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment by email once it’s dispatched, and you can always follow all deliveries from your Account page. If any item hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@sorina.store and we’ll make sure everything reaches you safely.

We process orders automatically to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, many orders are forwarded to our fulfillment partners immediately after payment is completed. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it, even if the order was placed by mistake. If your order has already entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation becomes impossible.

If you no longer need the item, you can still return it once it arrives by following our standard return policy.
